Uniqueness- All of David, Jeremiah, and Joshua's designs are handmade, decorated and shaped, they are not stamped out in a mold or by machine. Because of this uniqueness, each piece will vary in size, shape and color. The artist does his best to reproduce all of the designs as close to photo as possible, however we want you to be fully aware that your pieces might look slightly different. They are unique creations in themselves. Many of our regular customers tell us there pieces were prettier than those photographed. Upon receiving your order you will get a personal biography card for each piece. These bio's will tell your customer a little personal information about the artist.

Approximate size and Price Range - When browsing this website you will occasionally see stated by each design an "approximate" size . Let me explain why we state this. Each piece is priced by design, weight and difficulty. Because each piece is slightly different, size and price will also be slightly different. When creating your order, the artist will do his best to make the piece in the price range you have ordered.

Advertising - All photos presented on this website may be used on your web page or in any gallery advertising you would like. We do ask that the work be represented in the highest quality manner. Please do not represent our work in an offensive way; this will hurt both of us.

Literature Provided –  For your convenience, we have created a CD-ROM with high-quality images of our entire line. Contact Kimberly in our sales department to obtain one. Additionally,  we put together an eight-minute video of David creating two pieces; this is a great selling tool for any gallery. If you would like a copy, there is a small charge, again please contact Kim.  

Delivery - Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Usually we have a 30-60 day wait. If you need merchandise for seasonal traffic or special show, simply call. We try to accommodate everyone.  

Terms - All first time orders are C.O.D. All reorders will net 30 days. Late payment on any net-30 accounts will automatically revert your account to C.O.D. Past due accounts will be charged 15% per month. When ordering, please indicate that you are a web-referred client; this information is crucial to our Internet Technologies  and Sales departments.

Return policy - Upon receiving your order if there is any item you are not completely satisfied with you may return for another item within five business days. No items may be returned after 30 days have lapsed from delivery of merchandise. 

Shipping damage - All of our products are insured and shipped via UPS. The only way we can replace merchandise for breakage caused during shipping is if you complete all three steps below:
